Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 4–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disruptions, or logistics partner delays. We truly appreciate your patience in such rare cases.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.

• Requests to change or update address/contact details will be accepted only before the order is shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.

If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery:

RTO and re-shipping charges must be fully borne by the customer
• A re-shipping fee of ₹150 must be paid before the order can be resent
• Delays in paying this fee will result in delays in re-dispatch
• No discounts or fee waivers will be applicable in such cases

Missing Packages or Delivery Status Issues

If your tracking status shows Delivered but you have not received the package, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update.

• You may also WhatsApp us at 9036256663 to help resolve the matter

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted, as we are bound by our logistics partner’s dispute timelines.


Missing Items in the Package

If you receive your order with any item missing, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

• You may also WhatsApp us at 9036256663 for assistance in this regard

Requests received after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
• Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
• Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
• Delays in payment of RTO or re-shipping charges
