Returns & Exchanges

We’re delighted to be part of your world, and we want every Paper Pals delivery to arrive in perfect shape. While we don’t offer returns for change of mind, we’re here to support you if something reaches you damaged or defective.


If Your Order Arrives Damaged

If you notice any damage, please email us at paperpalsworld@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Kindly share:

• A photo of the damaged area
• A full product photo
• Packaging photos (if helpful)

These details help us understand what happened and assist you quickly.
Once we review your request, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup of the damaged item through our delivery partner — no extra effort needed from your side.


Exchange or Store Credit

As soon as we approve your request, we’ll issue your replacement or store credit immediately — you won’t need to wait for the returned item to reach us.

You may choose:

• An exchange for any product from our collection,
or
Store credit, valid for 3 months

At this time, we do not offer refunds. Our goal is to ensure you quickly receive something you love.


Condition Requirements

To process a damaged-item return, the product should be:

• unused,
• in its original condition,
• returned with all tags and packaging intact.

Keeping your order confirmation or receipt handy makes things smoother.


A Note on Craftsmanship

Many Paper Pals pieces are made through handcrafted or small-batch processes. Naturally, tiny variations may appear — we see them as part of the product’s charm, not defects.
